As a Manager, Creative Services I was responsible for brand management, leading creative strategy, and social media strategy and implementation. I worked with global teams to lead the creation of high-impact designs for marketing collateral, social media, and large and small scale trade shows and events. In 6 years, I grew our social media presence on LinkedIn from 8k followers to over 41k, Additionally, I had the pleasure of leading a team and mentoring interns in several departments during their tenure.
As a Creative Services Lead, I was responsible for leading design strategy, including organic and paid social, event and tradeshow design, managing brand guidelines, and creating cohesive collateral. I evaluated and revised the previous social media strategy and developed an entirely new approach, resulting in 110% follower growth on LinkedIn, increased engagement on Twitter and Facebook, and launched our first Instagram account. I also implemented the rollout and management of global LinkedIn Showcase Pages in local language, worked with Product Marketing to produce paid campaigns across global markets, for lead generation, brand awareness, and video views. Additionally, I coordinated photoshoots with external photography vendors, selected models, provided creative direction, managed shot lists, and directed post-production editing.
As a Marketing Specialist, I produced large scale artwork for technology trade show with over two thousand attendees. Designed email templates, web banners and print and web advertisements. Developed and edited PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences. Created infographics, charts and icons for use in white papers, brochures and presentations. Designed email marketing campaigns and worked closely with the email marketing team.
